Save a Stray is a 501c3 non-profit organization in Mobile, Alabama. 

Save a Stray is an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue group dedicated to helping local cats and dogs.

Many are heartbroken with the great loss of our Lucy.  We are honored that AL.com celebrates her with such a heartwarming tribute.  Lucy's legacy continues to help pets and people.
