- A deposit of $10 per cat or $20 per dog is required when making an appointment to hold a surgery spot.
- The deposit will cover the entire cost of surgery if you qualify for the Medicaid discount.
- To qualify you must bring the ALABAMA Medicaid card and photo ID to check-in the morning of surgery.
- Regular prices will be shown as due until the discount can be applied IN PERSON at check-in the morning of surgery
- Limit of 2 pets per household of the ALABAMA Medicaid recipient per year for this discount.
- Additional services (vaccines, heartworm test, etc.) are available for pets having surgery that day only but are NOT required. If you select additional services, payment for those services would be due at check-in. Click here to see a price list for additional services.
