Piper (10/18)

Piper is well loved in her new home. She is very much loved and enjoys playing with her toddler big brother! They are inseparable!

Poudeaux (9/18)

We are extremely happy with our dog Hexum, which we rescued 3 months ago and changed his name.  He is so happy with his new home since we have a fenced in backyard and keep him active all the time. Thank you for providing us with a lifetime of love and happiness.

Prancer (12/18)

Duke (formerly Prancer) is doing very well with all of us. He is getting so big. He enjoys playing with his human brother and snuggling. They are inseparable.

Patchouli (2/18)

Barney and Birdy (formerly Patchouli) got along instantly and have been best buds ever since. Unlike Birdy, Barney is go, go, go at all times but Birdy has a new found energy she uses to keep up with him. Sometimes they just run circles around the house until they are dead tired.

She also protects him from the cats. Barney is learning to leave them alone more and more every day and Birdy will physically push him away from the cats when he has become too inquisitive. They do get along but cats can be picky about the company they keep. We catch a sweet moment between him and the cats every now and then! We recently bought a house last year with a big back yard and he LOVES going outside and playing in the snow. Barney loves EVERYONE that comes to visit and insists on sticking by their side during their entire visit.

We are working on his jumping and playful nipping. We know he is a high energy dog and we find outlets for him to tire himself out. We are learning what bark is for what and typically he just wants a belly rub! He gets sooo jealous when we pet Birdy like he is the king of the house. We call him the Spoiled Prince.

Lately they have been napping on the couch laying in the sun on the colder days. I had so many snap chats of them but they did not save. These are some more recent pics of Barney. Thank you for allowing us to keep him as part of our family!

Pookie (11/18)

Things with the dog have been great. He didn't respond to pookie, so I've since renamed him Guapo, and after many training sessions he's responding well to that. His back fur is totally healed up. The only lingering issue he's had is his separation anxiety, but I've been steadily working on it. Lots of runs and Kong toys to keep him exercised and occupied.
