Happy (11/18)

I am not sure who needed who more, this dog is the absolute best! He now goes by Flash but he is still “Happy”. He goes everywhere with us, and loves to ride in the car. We go for hikes, walks and runs multiple times per week; I think I can safely cancel my gym membership at this point. I could probably go on and on about Flash, he really is a sweetheart and I am so happy to have him as a member of our family.

Harry (1/18)

Harry is 5 months old now and is a happy, confident, smart, friendly little cutie! Still working on pee control but are doing really well. He knows sit, down, wait, shake, and loves learning new things. He has been to our vet for vaccine update and nail trims and thinks it's great fun because they give him peanut butter. We have also updated his chip info. We're signed up for his first formal training classes in April. My previous Jack Russell and I were a certified Therapy Dog team and I'm hoping Harry will take to it also. He is a real treasure and we're thrilled to have him. Thank you so much for what you do!

Holly (4/18)

She's doing great. We have her signed up for training classes starting Aug 10 because she still has a bit of anxiety but she’s definitely made herself a part of the family! As you can see she even gets along with the cat!

Hattie Lou (8/18)

Hattie is a great addition to our family. Life has been much better the day we got her.

Honey bun (11/18)

Our life with Penelope, formerly Honey bun, aka Penny is so far so good. Photos are Day 1, January 30th and today. Apparently We have a tough case of hook worm but we have recently completed another round of meds and will send another sample off in 2.5 weeks. We are still working on house breaking, maybe 1 accident every now and then. We definitely need some manners, she has  bad habits of jumping in greeting, herd nipping and demand barking, lots of puppy energy, doesn't mind her baths but hates nail trimming and she has found that hound voice! She knows how to sit, lay down and give paw for treats! We walk no less than 5 miles per day in all weather, she loves the snow, sniffs all the way down even if is 2 ft deep and hasn't met a neighbor she doesn't love.
