Merlin is truly a “Saved Stray”.  He was rescued as a 5 months old kitten from an unwelcome situation.  He lived hiding under bushes and survived as best he could.  He can be timid at times and take a bit to warm up to a situation.  Even when he was the most frightened, he was docile.  Once he is comfortable,  the sweetest little kitten comes out.  He has learned to play.  He loves little toy mice and anything dangling from a stick.  He loves to be petted and have his face stroked.  He will nap in your lap and roll over.  It is amazing that a little fellow that has been through so much will expose his belly.  His purr is loud and so is his meow when he wants you to do something for him.  He has a ton of personality and will make someone a wonderful pet.
